Beef Shares
The double coat of the Highland means that their hair helps insulate them leading to naturally lean beef. Combine their low stress environment and grass fed diet, and our beef shares make for an amazing addition to your table. Beef is available as whole, half and quarter shares. Be sure to reach out to find out when our next shares will be available, we sell out every year so don't wait!
Docile and friendly they make an ideal addition to the ranch. If you are interested in owning your own highland please reach out for calf availability.
Pork Shares and Packaged Offerings
The slow growing, richly marbled Mangalitsa is ideal for people who love pork... and flavor. We offer pork as both whole and half shares. 2021 shares have already been spoken for so don't wait, let us know you are interested for the next round. New in 2022 we will be offering both pork shares as well as packaged cuts. Let us know if you would like to be added to the interested list.
Full of personality our piglets are a great addition for anyone looking to raise their own hog, please reach out for availability of weaner pigs.
Free Range Eggs
We are currently only producing eggs for our family. If you are purchasing Beef, Pork, or Livestock and are interested in some eggs please let us know and we will see what is available.
